We don’t always receive them before we schedule.

We do not allow stadium schooling the Friday before the show due to ring maintenance. We do however allow Cross Country schooling on Friday from 8 a.m. – noon. $50 per horse! Please make payment up at the office in main barn. All riders must wear a pinny while on course which you’ll receive when payment is made. All courses will be flagged but maps won’t be available until after all schooling has ended. •

Please check our entry status page to make sure that we have received your entry. We update it daily once we begin receiving entries. If you’re not listed on it, then it means we don’t have your entry! We are not responsible for any entries that we haven’t received.

Not allowed on course once cross country has started.

Multiple entries and classes: Horses are limited to show in only 4 classes the day of the show. We will do our best to schedule riders with multiple horses but we can only guarantee to schedule 3 horses for the entire show.

All riders must sign a current 2016 release form. Anyone under 18 must have a representative sign for them.

Ride times will be posted Wednesday evening prior to the show.

Please be courteous to the riders in the dressage rings riding their tests. Please don’t walk in front of the judges (located in either a hut or car at letter C) and please refrain from standing/sitting too close to the ring.

To avoid a $25 stall cleaning fee added to your entry, please leave stalls as you found them. This means cleaned of all hay, manure and urine. NO CARDBOARD SHAVINGS PLEASE! You will be charged a $25 strip fee if these are found in your stall. Please be aware that electrical outlets are not located in front of every stall. To keep your horses safe, please refrain from tying them to all doors and bars. Accidents happen and we’d like to avoid them if possible.

Stadium classes follow USEA rules. Riders are placed by whoever is closest to optimum time, not the fastest round.

In order to be placed, same rider and horse combination must compete in all three phases.
